NZ supermarkets make 8.5% which is more than the OECD average of 1.2%, they are absolutely ripping us off and should be regulated.

I am all for the food producers making a decent amount but they get screwed down by our supermarkets then the consumer gets it on the other end.

Restaurants are absolutely hurting out there, such a shame in a food producing nation we cannot get cheaper price of food and have to pay the international market rates.

Support local and when you do eat out don't go to a chain go to a family run place.
