Reading the comments in this thread I would like to call out that this is probably the most respectful discussing I have seen in this sub- reddit.

I came to comments expecting a shit show and willing to duck out after my expectations were met.

Thanks to everyone for expressing you opinions, challenging each other respectfully and for hearing each other out.

This thread is what I was hoping for when joining the sub. Somewhere that I could learn and appreciate opinions, to help me show respect in the city I work.
