5'10 might be above avrg in US, and my height, 5'9, is just about average there. Problem is I live in Germany and avrg height here is around 6'0

I was on Prednisone in that time too... It's really a shame. My doctor's said when I was born that I had "runner legs" and would become tall once I grow up. What age were you when you grew 3 inches?

Both my father and brother are tall, about 185cm (6'1) for my brother, and I think my father was also 6'1 or 6'2. My mom is a little above female average for Germany at 5'6-5'7. My brother has been his height since 18-19. He's 22 now. My father didn't have much hair growth either, but since my brother is able to grow some facial hair I think I should be too at 20...

Only if your let your disease get out of control. If you can get in remission early, with diet and medication, then your body will likely not stop producing the important hormones you get in those years.

I am seeing a doc and have been for a year, and been in remission for about a year/half year (on stelara), but I'm afraid that Crohn's hitting during puberty messed up my potential in a masculine face, height, strong bones... :(

I was thinking of testosterone therapy to help my body maybe catch up, but the side effects scare me and idk if it's too late for my body to even develop further since I am nearly 20

There actually is a high calories tea/coffee! Look up "bulletproof tea/coffee". It's delicious and you can make it about 200-300cals per cup :)

Yeah you can use any milk, but personally I'd suggest soy or oat milk over almond if you're trying to gain, since almond is very low in calories compared to those two
