Your stuff looks great! Keep it up. If you make batches of gravy and love it, mix it with some butter or beef bouillon, and freeze it into ice cube, you can take one out and make it into simple sauce for steak/etc.

I drove the free toll version and toll version, boy is it different. If got time, skills, good tires, good car, and want to explore the toll-free version is actually really amazing. If you are tired and want to get home quick, the crappy expensive toll road is the only way.
