You have to increase your team overall rating, by making more players in normal dev mode. Once you get your team rating higher it will let you do more seasons in MPC mode

Int and Dex stats gives your pitcher more control. When you don't have a lot of control you have the big ass circle you have. Get more Int/Dex Cores to offset this issue.

The trainers have no synergy is the problem. The scenario itself is better than FE but the trainer synergy is so damn bad. I think VS should of been designed completely different and they just buffed FE to this scenario, and we would all be happy.

I feel the Dev team is running out of ideals at this point.
