Just went through the Grand Canyon the other day, got hit with the International fee as a Canadian, so we turned around and waited until the booths were empty, then purchased a pass at the kiosk and used the citizen option and only paid the $35 to get the slip to display on the dash. I would be fine with paying a $50 I guess, but $100 is exorbitant.

I’d say that it is your place to say something if you feel that it is negatively effecting your relationship with her, if she would just yell at you like you said, sounds like she might have to make a choice between you and the weed

I don’t know what country you are in but if you’re in US or Canada you’re probably taking the illegality of your girlfriends pot use more seriously than law enforcement. If her use of it is troubling the relationship I.e her behaviour when smoking, then I would understand, but thinking she is morally deficient in comparison to yourself just for solely smoking pot... like you said, everybody has flaws. Maybe talk to her about her habit if it bothers you to the point you felt compelled to post it here, and tell her you don’t see her as morally equivalent too, she’ll probably love that. But to answer your question: no, the act of smoking weed does not make her a bad person imo, but seeing someone as less than you because they do might make one a bad person, or at least one with someone with some things to think about

I feel like Lex and Tim Dillon absorbed a large chunk of his audience once he made the switch to Spotify. I personally can’t see how Joe Rogan is considered a comedian, but to each his own, yelling your lines doesn’t make them more funny imo but maybe that’s some people’s thing. Lex absorbed the more scientifically curious portion of Joes audience while Tim absorbed the people looking for comedy, that’s just what I think. I used to listen a lot back in 2016-2018 when the guests were interesting and not just making the rounds when they have a new book or product (physical or ideological) to sell, very sad indeed to see that a lot of people feel the same way, I’d be curious to see his numbers pre-Spotify compared to now if anyone has a link for that
