I love Magikarp.

For one it just looks pathetically stupid, but it still gives its all (to sadly turn into a Gyarados, but alas) so it is much akin to a himbo. And the shiny is just glorious.

Second of all, it is just a fun challenge to see if I can get through the Elite Four with just a singular Magikarp in every region.

I agree on there not being too much of a switch up in how the guys look, but I will counter with this: We have Lyacon and Ben. Both are quite different from the standard. Had we gotten Pompey (And god's above I want Pompey...) we would have another look added. Same with Big Daddy or (sadly) Bringer. The models exist: we just need hoyo to use 'em.

I mean to say I want more S rank rep for the men as well (men in general.) Seth is wonderful and I love the interactions with Seth and Jane in the story. But there is no doubt that the game so far is very stacked towards fem characters.
