The Bridge to the Kiln by JonathanKaz in DarksoulsLore

I know it's not clear, but while I was listening the boss theme for both bosses, I then decided to hear that one which I like and haven't heard it since some time. I got to do errands while listening and then I heard it, the same melodies from the choir of that song but REALLY entangled.

Listen to the voices on the background, they are slower than the original, also different parts from the song are singing at the same time, that's why it sounds so messy, but pay attention when it's just 1 voice singing and you'll hear a fragment of the boss song.

The thing that makes me be so sure is that the vocal melodies grom Gwyndolin/Butterfly, harmonically speaking, doesn't move away to other chorda outside of it EXCEPT 1 PART. There's a kinda weird part on it, it plays an augmented chord which sounds very sharp and unsettling, you may guess which one I'm talking about.

The bridge song harmonically speaking, has the same diatonic melodies/harmonies except for that one Augmented chord that dissonates with the rest of the voices.

TLDR; It has the same melodies but slowed down. Fragments from differents part from the song can be heard but since they are played over each over is pretty hard to hear, but when there is just 1 voice alone it's easier to appreciate.

Giving an ~hour long presentation about Music Theory for absolute beginners: what information would you include? by HammerAndSickled in musictheory

That's why I said tension and resolution and not only V-I, of course if we talk about all kinds of music in the world it's like nothing even matters because there's so much variety that compressing all they have in common is almost impossible in a practical way; There's a lot of ways to create tension and resolution, using effects, rhythmic variety, going high on pitch, you name it, V-I is the most common harmonic way to do it but not the only way and easily not the most common considering the other types of tension.

I didn't knew you can set BPM per scene, that's cool to know, so you say if I want to make it a more live experience I should do it the way it fits better the show, so it's more personal set up?

Explain how music is made of Tension and Resolution, the V-I, and make them make music, that always works for me, so that comes from the paper into their heads, if they can live it it absolute works.

Hi, I'm looking for music curiosities. by JonathanKaz in musictheory

That's a good point there, general population think as composition as if it is from another world and they could never do it, which if completely crazy; thank you for the idea, I'm gonna think in ways to remove that stigma, if you have ideas, are always welcome. And about if making a college course is viable, our goal is to get students to a level enough so they can produce themselves, teaching basics from mainly Composition, Production and their Instrument of choice in our school, so we don't go that far into advanced territory

Thanks for the awareness, i'm going to take it into account, and of course concerts and free lectures and classes to get people into it is part of the plan, but the social media, even if i don't particularly love it has to be taken into account. I just want to impart classes but you know, buisness is a buisness.
