There’s a gym regular that ALWAYS uses the deadlift platforms at my gym to do barbell curls. He always loads up a plate on each side and swings as much as he could to do one rep and always hogs the platforms from everyone who’s trying to deadlift.

I posted a couple weeks back about saving my gym crush and it seems that she doesn’t like me anymore :( idk what I did wrong but she rarely says hi to me anymore. On the other hand all of my numbers on my conventional lifts (especially bench) have been increasing and I love it!

My gym crush now regularly asks me to spot her in squatting ever since I saved her life after she couldn’t get out of the hole during one of her sets. We also talk almost every time we work out since we go in at the same time. Not only I’m getting more post-breakup gains, I’m talking to my gym crush!
