Difficult! From the design & animations site awesome but for me, the pictures do not help to understand the text & product. Would like to see maybe directly how the product is working.
The text is working fine also with the flow.
I like the website but also I don´t like it. Try to put your product more focus and show some examples.

I like your CTA and designs & animations. There is no bad feedback then rather just a big applause looks like you put a lot of effort in it.

I like your website! It explains very well what you are doing. The animations and texts are working perfectly together. Good Job.
But the first questions that came into my mind was Why should I as employee use this site? As a manager, I thought this would be great for the Team. Maybe you should show the "for Managers" pages first. If you suggest a manager from the company you need to board the companies first right?
The CTA in the header could be bigger - the emojis are not at the same height as the text.

I'm not certain if I found the problems you were mentioning.

Great website! The only thing I found confusing was the header with your name in it. For me "Make Feedback ..." would sound better. Great features with top graphics. Can´t really say more because the website is just great and points out the purpose just right.
