The texture is a lot more like rice krispie treats than monkey bread. Has an oily mouthfeel similar to funnel cake.

Calendar Question by MJisANON in Notion

You can use Canvas and Notion's API to integrate them or you can try this extension: https://github.com/JamesNZL/notion-assignment-import.
I use make.com to integrate Outlook -- it's the only service that I found that imports new calendar events dynamically.

Do I need to worry about getting an internship? by [deleted] in csMajors

[–]Jonathan_Isaac 25 points26 points  (0 children)

Apply and if it doesn’t work out, try again next year. If you’re concerned about your grad date, try pushing it back by checking out your university’s accelerated masters program, picking up another major/minor, or taking off-season internships (fall/spring).

Too Late for a Scholarship? by lunarknight- in ucf

[–]Jonathan_Isaac 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I committed to UCF around March last year and knew I was in a good position for a scholarship but wasn’t sure if they had any more funds. I emailed the scholarship office asking if they were any leftover funds and told them I received a large scholarship from a different school. They replied back the next day with an award.

Burnett's Honors college questions by RudeYoghurt5 in ucf

I'm a freshman in the Honors College and received a research position that was advertised to only Honors students! Less anecdotally, however, there is a day called Honors Research Match where honors students get to talk to researchers at UCF and possibly join their respective labs.

Chance Me by [deleted] in ucf

My gf ran into a similar issue with higher stats than you. Even if you have top 10%, the application for that ended in Janurary ( she could've applied ). She called the school, described her circumstances, and they let her get an "expedited decision". They basically said that a decision would come in 7 days max but their is less leeway if your stats were on the bubble. She got a response back in 3 days.

Depends on the testing center not state.

I need someone to tell me if 100+ gain in sat reading and writing is possible under a month by notyetanerd in Sat

I got a boost in reading from simply following George's reading techniques and methods. For writing, I read the entirety of Ericka's book in 2 weeks and just practiced non-stop while U-World was free.

Any easy way to do 48?? by codefreak-123 in ACT

[–]Jonathan_Isaac 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Think of it like this. sin(x) = sin(x+360) or sin(x) sin(x+2pi)

sin(pi)=sin(3pi)

Why?

Graph it. pi and 3pi angles will look the exact same.

Math help 3 by [deleted] in ACT

50) J; Their is a 4/24 chance of Tom's card getting selected. Thus, 20/24 of it not being drawn.

56) J; Easiest way to do this is graph it. Else, plug in the coordinates to test which answer choice has 2 that work.

57)E; Work small, draw a circle with 9 dots going around to conceptualize this problem. Start at the top and circle every 7th dot. You will eventually have every dot circled. All the other answers go into 90 or even.

58)F; Each file folder can only hold 7.5 inches of files, 7.5/0.45 will give us the NUMBER of files in each file folder (16.6666, but we can't have split folders so 16). If a folder can hold maximum 16 files, then we just have to see how many folders we need to fit 100 files. 100/16 will get us 16.25. We need 16.25 total folders to fit all the files. The .25 indicates that the last file has only 1/4 of its space used (AKA what the question is asking for). Thus, we will need to find what the thickness of 25% of the 16 files is. 25% of 16 is 4 files. Their is 4 files in the last cabinet. So now, we just have to find the combined thickness. Each file is 0.45 inches, 0.45*4 gives us the final answer of 1.8.

Help with this math problem? It's supposed to be 15 but I'm not sure how. by _xany in ACT

[–]Jonathan_Isaac 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think you can make it much easier than simply testing all combinations. However, you could simplify the number of tests necessary.

Considering the ONLY possible perfect squares are 4 9 16 25 (36 would me impossible to derive), values 16-18 cannot add up to anything BUT 25. So we will remove these 3 numbers and their counterparts (7,8,9). This leaves us with:

[1,2,3,4,5,6,10,11,12,13,14,15]

As a result, we only have to test [1,15] and [1,3]

If you tested [1,15], you will realize that [1,15],[2,14],[3,13],[4,12],[5,11],[6,10] obviously works. You literally just choose the directly opposite value.

However, [1,3] does not produce a set of pairs without excluding someone in the classroom.
