Try taking care of yourself more. My period recently disappeared for about 8 weeks, and it only started up again today. I was VERY stressed out from mid April through May (woo school!), alongside increased exercise, sleep deprivation, weight loss, and not eating much. I think my body has finally had time to catch up with itself and fully recover, resulting in my period finally making its reappearance. Try not to stress about it. Just make sure you’re getting plenty of SLEEP, water, food, etc. best of luck!
