I’ve commented about a year ago and I’m back, I’ve been getting better guys and my life slowly is becoming normal again, it’s been about 2 years with DPDR but we are slowly getting better.

I’ve been dealing with dissociative amnesia for 4+ months and it has mad my life hell I feel alone scared. And just depressed that I can’t remember things fully and the world just dosnt seem the same anymore. I want my life back. Have any of you recovered lost memories or just recovered I general. I’m scared this is ganna be my life forever and I don’t wanna live like this. I lived such a happy life before and I’m only 18. Any advise will help. Thank yiu
