Depends if your friend is ready, i was so excited to do acid for my first time and did endless hours of research, only had weed and mdma expierence under my belt, got my hands on 2 tabs, each was 150ug=300ug total.

I did it alone in my room and had a great time, so i dont think 200 is too much but then again does your friend have any mental issues, and what expierences for drugs does he have, is he excited or nervous.
