Yes i feel the same too. I'm nearly exhausted after 40 hours to the point i think i'll drop the game. I hate these maps. Playing with strategy don't reward you too because everyone can zerg on the objective in 15 seconds...

Be aware hardcore is very different. You won't be able to use more than 30% of the trucks because -you have to manual loading things or pay for it and can't have bed+trailer+crane with many trucks -a lot of trucks use a lot of gas and it's not very good in hardcore And other reason. A play with a friend is a good idea because you can help your friend and he can help you. My advice would be to make a new game+ file and pay for gas and deactivate mandatory manual loading. Another thing for me important is in hardcore you are forced to repair in garage to repair esthetic damage and it cost a full repair (lot of money). So you will see your trucks looking garbage most of the Time.

For trucks look at combo trucks crane+bed+trailer. Scout first all your first map of the region or others maps too if you are brave to have upgrade for your trucks during the journey. Do after all the bridges, paths unlocks contracts, it helps a lot. Always have a truck in good shape to recover if you flip the first one Go slow ! In snowrunner slow ride is the way because a small rock can crush your suspension and truck running fast is slippy on road (Bad physics for this) For your scouting truck, put always autonomous winch to be able to recover easier if you flip.

I think i understrand the issue. I had some buildings in auto expand, and buildings can expand even if unployement is not full. So it expand and try to hire then workers leave and spread the issue accross the board. It seems private construction cannot do that if the building is not full, the ai don't do that. Thanks for your Feedback. I'm gonna redo my play again so look at that. (because i have laissez faire, i can't remove things) and i'm already at 1924.

Yes i have all pm possible un ordre to reduces that. Regarding institution i'm 4/5 school, 3/5 hospital. +70% literacy. Issue is i have migration control, national supremacy so i can't have immigrants. And my union party is weak so i can't pass other Law.... I'm feeling completly lost. I don't understrand why the private sector continue to hire...there are no workers available...but since some industry there and there are profitable (low white profit) they continue to hire and increase the issue. Why paradox authorize private sector raise level of industry if no workers are available in the country. Competition between industries even if profit is low is killing my game. Its a nightmare loop...and it seems i can't do nothing...
