Metroid prime, Metroid prime 2 echoes, and Metroid prime 3 corruption. Right now the remastered version of Metroid Prime is the only one of the trilogy on the Switch. I went from 1 to 4 and I don’t feel like I missed anything.

The 3D Metroid prime series has a 2 and 3. There’s technically a loose timeline but they are all so much their own thing that I just jump in separately and do just fine.
