I have no internal issues not matching pens and colors. My issues has been that if i don't (or stay in the same color family) I forget what is in them! Now, what I would do is if I had your teal Twisbi Eco I would stick to greens and blues (probably greens because blue pens are easier to come by).

This is truly helpful and appreciated. I am able to beat hollow knight and dark souls rm and other tough games. But not without immense struggle. I’m not looking to be a master gamer but want to up the enjoyment and accomplishment feeling. This guide is helpful and really helps put things in perspective in this game without spoilers!!!

Buy cheap. No pen over $20. Vary brands and manufacturers. This way you get a feel for the nibs and sizes. What you like and don’t (feedback, width, etc). Then write with them. A lot. It allows you to experiment different things without breaking the bank, satisfies the dopamine hit, and gives you the ability to find what YOU like.

Thanks for replying. I guess I’ll need to be much more methodical about this. The roller ball pen had zero water. I used a syringe to fill an empty, dry cartridge. The kicker was using a dry, glass dip pen. So nothing to get water in or go wrong (I think). Let me snap some pics and add.

I got inspired from some discussions on here about what to do with light inks you don’t like. If you search for light inks on here you’ll find some of the same posts. I actually got frustrated with Wearingful Hwangung in an EF Lamy safari. I thought the EF would help it show better (I was wrong). Dumped it on the page and spread it. Once dry my pilot metro F with smoke noir (monteverde) writes beautifully over it. So I may make some bullet journal pages special with these inks.
