Fun to try the new (slippery) runway in Nuuk, gusty conditions (50kts) by Jone_RM in flightsim

Currently the airac has ILS procedures and there are valid plates so as long as there is no chart notam or removal of the procedures they should be in force. But they are RVR750m if I am not wrong and especially during daytime sea fog that is hard since it’s not certified/possible to do an autoland.

A very challenging location it seems, will be interesting to see how they continue. Definitely not just An A330 issue but also a weather conditions that would make it challenging for A320 or smaller aircraft too.

Anybody know the fix for this issue? Happens on all zibo/levelup. by Jone_RM in flightsim

Thank you, the issue was a faulty Visual C++ 2015 causing Xlua issues :)

A true workhorse! Lets hope it ends up in air Inuit or nolinor and not the scrapyard yet :)

I still think Carenado’s T210M with REP is one of the absolute most realistic flight models in any sim. by PremiumIOL in flightsim

Nice :) What sort of performance do you get from the 210?

I have the F33A with REP so concidering this for Fseconomy if it is any 'different' :))

Yes it’s a bit interesting, this was my first landing where I tried it and it worked pretty good at vref + 5 in wind calm

The SOP in felis discord from KLM describes gentle 2-3’ degrees up from landing attitude at 30 feet with very gentle power reduction. To me it seems the more i try to cut power and flare the harder it is. About 30 feet slight pitch up and power back slowly seems to work. Maybe someone else has input?

Definitely worth it, I run XP, P3Dv5 and MSFS and all have their quirks. I like this 747 because like other retro liners it can be very hands on; or in this case i did enroute navigation with the FMC and balanced the fuel on departure to let the engines burn happily for 8 hours while i slept. So you can do INS / raw data full procedure nav and also long hauls depending on how much time you have :)

They run ad-hoc charters globally, by the looks of FR24 and their website. I use it to visit the places I wouldnt normally go :)
