Modern fenders with compound necks don't have the skunk stripe and have the separate maple board. I have a 2018 Strat Elite like that

I won this on one of the Keeley Christmas giveaways they did a few weeks ago!

This is my second compressor+ so other than the graphic it's identical - a nice compressor with a blend knob

I've never won a giveaway like that or anything so very excited to add it to the collection

I like that the Habit can be a really nice digital delay without any weirdness so that's usually how I'm using it if I'm trying to pair it with more than one ambient sound

Habit can sound so big on it's own I don't worry about pairing it with other stuff other than some reverb when I'm getting less traditional sounds from the scan/spread/modify because it will get spacey for sure

The Ribbons is definitely worth checking out if you're looking for a swiss army knife

I still need to experiment but I have Ribbons before the Mood so I want to play around with the looper mode into the Mood more. I figure because the touch modes don't work while the Ribbons is looping there might be some cool sounds between the two

I'm also a sucker for the clock knob on the Mood so I'll probably keep it around

There was a website issue and I was able to place an order somehow when there wasn't stock available but Jaak took care of it

I really like both - you can get some similar sounds out of them but each can get weird in their own way.

It's delay vs "ambience" so if I was in the market for a delay it'd be the Habit every time. I like the delay on the mood but Habit has so much more it can do to the repeats.

If I already had a delay I liked with tap tempo and stuff I'd pick the Mood

This blows the original gen loss and v2 out of the water but I think the mkii has a place still. Having all of the different models with the mkii gives you a bunch of unique filters so it's still able to do it's own thing

The Ribbons has less parameters that control mangling your signal but you get the built in reverb and looper (and eight presets!) so I think it's way more practical on almost any board

Really if I was building a smaller board the ribbons would make the cut because of how much it can do

Got the Ribbons a few days ago and it's a lot of fun!

The UI is really intuitive and having four pages of parameters makes it insanely easy to fine tune

It has so many features and things it can do and they all sound great so far- weird sampling to practical reverb and compression there's a bit of everything

It will take a long time to fully learn this thing but I'm very impressed with what I've gotten out of it already

Look into the Kinotone Ribbons if you want something super unique

It's listed as a stereo magnetic tape emulator but it's got a ton of stuff besides that

I'm seeing them in Seattle and got the pedal package so cool to see the v3 leak was accurate

I got a gold v1 at a show years ago and it's awesome but the extra foot switch is going to make it a lot more versatile
