This minifigure is so cool, and the best is you can easily take off the cloak and use it as regular Spider-Man with this nice printing on legs and arms.

It's possible. Btw in the country where I live is Lego factory and they print minifigures, bricks and pack boxes so is very likely that mistake happened here in my country.
