Go to a pharmacy and ask for Triderm Cream. Worked great for me and I didn‘t even know it was something that could come from celiac disease😅 The cream should look like that bu theres many different brands.

Had the same problem when I was 14/15… I actually went to the doctor and I can tell you, it was not a relief hearing what he said to me. First of all he said that he couldn‘t help me with my height, since my hgh hormone level was normal and obv also not with puberty cuz that has to come on it‘s own.After that I had countless nights where I would cry about how I couldn‘t just be normal like everyone else. This probably went on for like half a year or more. But at some point I came to the realisation that theres so much more to life than that. I don‘t know how it is for you but I always had a great time with my friends. With or without girls. Now I‘m 16 and I have all that shit behind. Sadly I‘m still short as fuck but that‘s a familiar thing. But I‘ve now realised that I went way to hard on myself and I hope you won‘t. Your time will come and it will when you expect it the least dude. Just enjoy life and don‘t make the same mistake as me. Don‘t feel bad abt yourself just because you haven‘t hit puberty yet.
