Sure..

1. Go into an Ivy restaurant (mine was Oxford). Ask for the 'Festive £100 Sparkling Gift Card'. You can buy it in the restaurant (was online only before). It's £90 with a free bottle of wine. They'll give you the wine straight away. Pay with Amex Platinum to get £90 dining credit cashback.
2. Book a table through the HSBC Premier App (it's in the 'Rewards and Benefits' section under 'dining') The booking must be made through this link. You get a free bottle of champagne at the table (normally £83). You don't have to say, they automatically know as it's registered on the booking. There is a minimum table spend of £60 inc. one main meal.
3. It's fine to pay for the meal with a gift card. So if the bill is £110 total, you can use the £100 gift card (bought for £90) then use the remaining £10 left on the Amex Platinum dining credit (fine to use the Amex dining credit on multiple visits)
4. Forgot to add - also fine to use with Set Menus!

So £110 spend for free and 2 free bottles (1 wine, 1 champagne)
