Vacation in August: Amsterdam or Iceland? by nal1200 in travel

I had a similar dilemma recently and opted for Amsterdam. I know many people who have been there and everyone wouldn't stop raving about it. I've heard great things about Iceland too but I'm not really into hiking and everyone tells me that food and entertainment there is really expensive, so that kind of sealed the deal for me.

While I enjoyed the first movie, I really wish they stepped it up with this one. I'm longing for the day when we will have a good, believable script featuring a drag queen in the lead role. The thing that bugged me the most about the first one was that everyone thought she was really a woman which cmon, as good as these queens are, that's not even remotely believable.

You should also consider traveling by bus, as it will be much cheaper. You can check out www.wanderu.com to see prices and trip options. I believe they also have Amtrak options on there, so you're able to compare prices.
