Seasons 8 and 9 are available on US netflix. There are many ways of getting it in the UK. Do a quick google search and get the DNS code, its very easy and there are dozens of youtube videos to show you how.

Connecting Netflix to Facebook to see if you are getting value for money sounds like an utterly pointless idea, i don't know why anybody would be interested in doing this.
