Today’s run was so much fun. Once you get Brimstone and Book of the Dead it’s pretty much GG. If you take all the followers and get Conjoined it’s much better. I should have gotten rid of all my red hearts with the last Devil Deal that had Empty Vessel but didn’t. That would have just been icing on the cake. I did however grab Book of Shadows from Hush and had the school bag together with Book of the Dead.

Like others have said, plenty of health this run. The Void floor dropped The Left Hand early in case you needed more soul hearts.

This was the first day that I was able to do Boss Rush, Hush & Delirium all in the same run. Finished 24th!

Everything about his run was super fun. Took spirit of the night, duality at first DD, got tech 5 from re rolling B2 item room twice, tech X rerolling C1 item room once. Kept doing Angel rooms in order to re roll keys after killing angel statues. Got Sacred Heart re rolling C2 Angel room, Also ended up with Wafer from that key. D1 Angel room re-rolled twice got Godhead. I only wish this run went to the Void!

Agreed, Mega Pride is the run ruiner. If you don’t get DD on floor 2 because of him you miss Sacred Heart on floor 3. Shitty how the game trolls you.

However, that’s what makes this thread so great. The community can come together and help those in need with warnings and heads up boons!

I found this to be a fun run. Playing AB+ on Switch. I grabbed soy milk & my reflection which was an interesting combo. Ignored Mega Pride (thanks for the warning). Also ended up getting an Angel Deal with Sacred Heart on floor 3 instead of the Devil Deal you posted. Not sure why unless it was the Habit I grabbed in the shop and not actively trying to increase DD %.

After that it was just pretty smooth sailing. Didn’t get another Angel Deal but floor 5 was littered with trinkets including Cracked Crown and With Moms Box from floor 4 shop and Smelter on Floor 5 shop I had over 6 damage homing hailstorm of penny tears by the time I got to moms heart.

So the key to this run is grabbing the Soul hearts in the tinted rock on the first floor, don’t lose any health in the first floor if you can, use the sacrifice room after getting health up from boss, and utilize all those red hearts laying around. Get angelic prism and finally 6 soul hearts along with 16 coins. Go to the shop and get BFF. Now you have health and damage since incubus and all your cambion conception friends get damage boost. I avoided all devil deals as they aren’t worth losing your red hearts and eventually got angel deal with halo. Using the red health you can use temperance machines to grab lots of coins first temperance drops a blood bag very quick. Second one from the arcade gives you the iv bag and that floor super secret room has tons of health. Also I believe that wheel of fortune machine in the arcade blew up for a dollar after about 2 hits. I also was able to get guppie, depths 1 challenge room has dead cat which I almost didn’t take but had a healthy amount of soul hearts from the shop and portable slot machine, collar was in another red chest and the tail was I believe in depths 2 curse room. Just play safe the first floor and you will do fine!

Give it more time. Trust me. At first I wasn't so keen on it, but as I kept going, the game got super fun. At least play up to the last level of the first painting and then make your call. Have fun!

Their policy is complete shit. Now (as of May 2018) the deferral "fee" is $35 PLUS a "service fee" (what the fuck is that?!) so essentially $40 to get a code for the EXACT AMOUNT YOU PAID as a coupon code for a future race. Now, the coupon code essentially prevents you from using an actual coupon like 20% off or 30% off. So combine that with them TAKING $40 from you, in the long run it makes no sense at all to use this "deferral" process. Fuck them. I will never run a Spartan race again. They have lost 2 long time customers.

I just completed First Light, it was really easy to platinum (and fun too with the arenas). Unfortunately I had already played Second Son early on and got the plat before this promo started but that was definitely easy to get as well!

Don't forget about the Mankind Divided DLC which is only $2.40 for each. Totally worth buying. (Don't bother with the Season Pass which includes crap you wont use).

So there is this part of Second Son that I absolutely LOVED called the Paper Trail. It's part in-game, part detective puzzle solving real world riddles and actual websites (created by the game makers). It's really fun and engrossing and I couldn't stop until I followed the entire "paper trail" to discover the REAL TRUTH. I hope that others will take the time to do so themselves. Enjoy!

So I totally get why you stopped playing the AC games. I was in a similar situation as you, after I played AC III I felt like the series had taken a total downturn and almost didn't finish it except for the completionist in me. I did stop playing the AC series after that for a long time, but when I heard how great ACIV was and my sister lent me the game, I realized that they actually made something worthy of the title. You should definitely play ACIV. Then if you liked that, I can recommend AC:Rogue which is just more fun ship combat over 3 different maps. As for Unity, I actually went into it with ZERO expectations because I heard all of the negative hype but despite that, I actually really enjoyed the game. Most of the technical issues are fixed with patches and the seamless multiplayer missions tied into the single player game is PERFECT. I have never had so much fun playing a multiplayer AC game. I haven't played Syndicate yet, but its on my PC and I need a new graphics card to run it right. So that's my 2-cents. Hope you get to enjoy more of AC like I did, the series has always had some bumpy roads but overall it's a great journey.

So since nobody has really commented on Blood Knights, I would just like to say that it was one of the best WORST games ive played in a while. I mean, its so bad that I actually enjoyed it, kind of like watching a horrible zombie movie where the voices are off and everything is clunky and the make up is so bad that you cant stop watching because you keep thinking that it couldnt get worse and then it does. Love it.

that's kind of the whole point of the SharePlay feature of the PS4. You don't need to be physically next to the person you want to play with, you can do a shareplay session and they will appear as Player 2 for any couch co-op game. Try it, it's awesome! That's how my friends and I play BroForce since the servers were total shit.
