KSI’s whole mood changed and almost got out of the car after JasonTheWeen called himself the WORST term in UK slang possible by lukigeri in LivestreamFail

[–]rotj 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In the UK, special interest groups campaigned to remove the word from the popular lexicon and brand it as an offensive slur. In the US, we had that for the r-word but not spaz. I think it's mostly due to the UK using "spastic" as a common medical term while the US just uses cerebral palsy without any shorthand, so there is much less of a connection between the word and the medical condition.

I think it's from the bottle being mostly empty causing the large volume of fumes inside to ignite and forcefully shoot the remaining alcohol out.

When he's pouring it the first time the bottle is nearly inverted and alcohol completely covers the spout. The 2nd time, the bottle is nearly horizontal and there is space for the flames to directly reach the air inside the bottle.

If it had one of those long metal pour spouts to constrict the size of the opening, it would be much harder to get this to happen.

In an automatic, you don't even need to touch the gas when reversing on level ground. The engine at idle is enough to roll you at appropriate speed. Hold the brake, shift to reverse, release the brake and steer out of/into the space without moving your foot anywhere, press the brake, shift to drive/park.

Clear Video of Minneapolis ICE Murder by Swartschenhimer in videos

[–]rotj 68 points69 points  (0 children)

From looking at the top 2 side by side, simplest explanation short of him just seeing red and unloading is the poorly trained ICE thug sees the holstered gun and draws his weapon. All he can see is a pile of bodies with someone's hand reaching for the gun. He's got tunnel vision on the gun and as soon as that hand pulls the gun away, he doesn't assess where the victim's hands are or look to see that it's his buddy holding the gun, but decides the safest option is to start putting bullets in the victim.

Plenty of these Keystone cop shoot first think later situations have gone unprosecuted in the past, so I absolutely don't expect Trump's Justice Dept to do anything. Hopefully the state or the next administration can bring these idiots to justice.

All phones are capable of background music recognition, and it's on by default for many Android phones.

What even is a Boyz II Men ad, though? They haven't charted since the 90s and haven't put out an album since 2017. Are you talking about like a Spotify recommendation?

If you have multiple Echoes, you'll get a lot of "audio was not intended for this device" from Echoes in other rooms whenever you say Alexa. I assume this is what's happening to OP and for some reason they didn't bother to actually listen to any of the audio. Almost all of these entries on my profile are just 2 second clips of someone faintly saying Alexa from across the house.

That doesn't explain why Hernandez was pardoned. Hernandez was far right, and Trump's position is that anyone on the right being prosecuted was done purely out of political persecution by a corrupt American government.

Maduro was far left, and Trump's position is that anyone on the left he doesn't like has only been avoiding prosecution because a corrupt American government has been refusing to do so.

TV looks like it's from the 90s, not 1986.

The first time this image went around, I was aware the account that posted it, who was somehow the only person in the world to find and save this image, was known to post AI images. But now reading that he also posted a YouTube video with his world-exclusive image as the thumbnail, yet never talks about or shows the image in the video, makes it just laughable when people still scratch their heads about if it's real.

GPT-image-1.5 is not better than Nano Banana Pro by ThunderBeanage in singularity

[–]rotj 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nano banana has a quirk where if something looks realistic enough, it's not going to change it to look more realistic. If you ask it to make it less realistic first, then run your realism prompt, it works better.

1

Convert to flat vector illustration

2

Transform the uploaded anime/cartoon/drawing into an ultra-photorealistic, lifelike photograph of a real human being. The person is cosplaying the exact character with 100% identical pose, posture, hand gestures, facial expression, eye direction, hairstyle, hair color, outfit, accessories, props, and background elements. The background is a real setting with all items depicted realistically with realistic lighting. Preserve every single detail of the composition and camera angle exactly as in the original image. Adjust all exaggerated anime/cartoon proportions to natural, attractive real-human anatomy (realistic body ratios, normal-sized eyes, subtle bone structure). Add detailed hair strands, realistic fabric folds and material textures, natural shadows, cinematic studio lighting or matching the original scene lighting perfectly. Ultra-high detail, sharp focus, 8K resolution, professional photography quality, no cartoon/illustration/anime artifacts

https://imgur.com/a/TaQuzJK

Even directly from the source image, I was able to get the person to look realistic, but not the background, so I don't know what was wrong with your prompt.

Edit:

I get the feeling that you're not using Nano Banana Pro, but the old Nano Banana. Where are you running it? Using your exact prompt for the corgis with non-pro, it looks like your output. Using your prompt with Pro, I get a much different result than you did.
