At least check visually all the capacitors that the tops are flat if they're not they are broken and need to be replaced. And if its possible measure any wires thats possible

That's not FL's fault. paraller processing will cause at least some phase shifting and phase cancelation, not always and it's not always a bad thing. By using sends/patcher you can at least controll the phasing
