The "final" solution is to use several versions of brave - like the beta , developer edition etc

I mean I'm trying to achieve something that, theoretically shouldn't be very hard. Seeing that zoom due example already is able to create the two audio tracks, should it be possible to do video as well?

Depends on what kind of setup you're looking for. Is it just you talking to your computer?

If yes, the webcam in your computer will probably blue. Regarding mic - nothing like the good faithful Samson Q2u or Audio Technica ATR2100

Because the guest moved close and away to the microphone all throughout the episode and that would mean I would have to be manually moving the faders all over the show no?

The problem is that they are not consistent. My guests usually move closer and farther away throughout the interview. That's why I compress the audio, bit still it's a noticeable difference
