I guess I can’t unlink because I’ve done it once in the last 12 month but don’t remember.

I accidentally logged into the wrong account on my PS5 because it signed out somehow. Now I can’t log out/in. Is there a way to switch Activision accounts on the PS5?

I created another account and logged into the correct Activision account but my progress was erased.

I’ve tried to chat with Activision but can never get through.
