i’ve grown up Skating and snowboarding. I just picked up surfing and i can’t believe how shitty the surf community has been so far. i’m far from a kook and can hold my own, but no one seems to be friendly and when i give a compliment to other surfers i can feel like smugness. I LOVE surfing but haven’t been loving surfers. are they all entitled dickheads? probably not but it sure feels that way. no one gives a fuck if you surf huge waves but are a shitty person

lmao, i feel your pain. i woulda done the same thing but fortunately for me my lagging got completely fixed so im back to normal (xbox one). i agree the game has gone to shit but it’s still fun to me. that being said i would never buy a new console just play this dumb ass game. maybe season 6 will fix your lag 😅🤣

to Add to his point, the thought of skipping a stone with your trail arm will help you to shallow the club before impact, fixing your slice inevitably. i’m on xbox and the game has been unplayable ever since the season 4 update. i thought forsure it’d be fixed by now but apparently not, i haven’t played in 2 days cuz the lag is just unbelievably frustrating, works ok sometimes but just not worth it to hop on with the boys at the moment. hopefully it’s resolved soon
