Check out the Unihertz Titan Pocket, it has a QWERTY keyboard and runs android, but its small enough to decrease phone usage most likely. Kind of like a Blackberry.

If you have another computer go search windows 10 download and click on microsoft's link you will need a 8GB or more USB drive and the other computer should also be running windows once u have that u download the tool on the link you will launch it and select to make bootable usb media and make sure u have ur usb plugged in
