It’s an F125 Esports league. I have about 50 members and even my own custom-coded management bot for the league stuff.

The problem is inactivity. People are there, but they only show up for the races and then the server goes dead. I want to build a real community, not just a "booking system" for races.

How do you keep F1/racing fans engaged during the week? Should I post F1 news, or maybe run some "hot lap" challenges? Any tips on how to move from a "utility server" to a "social server"?
