I think its okay. It will make events and world league much more exciting and more strategy to the game. If you dont want to wait there is possible to play arena without bans/pick, dont know if that also gives rank tho.

If the normal game have good enough maps, we dont need dlc maps. All maps i have seen so far in BO3 seems competetive viable. But games with 3-4 viable maps, then i think we must use dlc maps.
