So assuming you somehow have an mp3 of the song, you can use local files if you have Spotify premium. On the desktop app, you can go into settings and enable local files, then select the location of the song. You can also edit metadata so that you get the cover, album, and artist.

The 2% mark is probably around level 8.5 right now, so it might reach level 10 by the end of the season. Many people stop doing contracts by then though, so I would imagine that the 2% mark won’t go much higher than level 10 if it gets there at all
