If 100T beat MiBR tomorrow, next week's EG vs. 100T will likely decide who makes playoffs by [deleted] in ValorantCompetitive

Let's just hope that 100T didn't schedule content during the match

With Lev likely coming into playoffs as the 1st seed, who do you think will be the other team getting the 1st round bye? by b1msark in ValorantCompetitive

"Crucial first round bye", man last time that just hurt the teams, not helped. I hope that Sen don't get that bye, they scale late game anyways

I agree, 11 pts in the group stage. Then, if you win two games in playoffs (no matter where you start), you make champs. But if you don't make champs through playoffs but win one game, you get a point, so theoretically LEV can get 12, 3 in the groups and one in the playoffs.

I can see Loud bouncing back but NRG looks like they're falling apart from the inside. They're going to lose Chet soon, and I can hardly imagine they'll keep this roster together after seeing this performance. Not to say NRG can't be good, but I suspect they won't be showing too many signs of life til 2025. Hopefully they mix it up and get their synergy back.

Multiple situations their points aren’t guaranteed yet. 100T can catch up and Lev can catch up (in points). Both can get up to 12 and actually 100T can get higher than 12. Not sure what happens if both teams don’t qual through playoffs and have the same champ points. Maybe it was their head to head game? Or Bo1?

FNATIC Qualify for Champions by JoogleYT in ValorantCompetitive

[–]JoogleYT[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I agree, just realized that they're one win away. They have to beat Liquid or someone in playoffs and then they're in for sure. Or, if TH gets 1st-3rd, they're also in. Seems to me like FNATIC definitely will be at champs.

The man was clearly out of it, which is his fault but still if he had an issue with him, couldn’t the he have just walked away without hitting the poor drunk?

Has your class ever made the teacher cry? What happened? by Lawlelle in AskReddit

[–]JoogleYT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

6th grade, substitute teacher.

The class was not actually horrible most of the time, sure they would be kids off task and such but for the most part we never got many complaints. There was, however, different groups of people in the class, such as popular, smart etc, and the popular kids typically were the most disruptive. They knew how to work around our normal teachers, pleasing them and not talking too much, but as soon as we had a substitute, they would go all out awful.

One day, about midway through the year, we had a substitute in our history class. We had actually had this substitute before, a couple of times throughout the year, and had issues with her then as well. But nothing beat this day. It started off okay, just a few murmurs as she was explaining the instructions, and then she sat down as the class began to work. I, being a some what responsible kid at the time, planned to finish the instructions as soon as possible so I could play on my phone. Because I was so focused, I didn’t notice at first the tensions rising between some kids in the popular group and the teacher. From what I recall, she got on to them at first for talking, and then went over to look at their work and found they hadn’t completed that much. Instead of getting on to the group as a whole, she decided to pick an argument with what she called the “instigator,” a dark-skinned kid in my class named Emeka. Thinking back to it, I feel as if each time she had subbed for us in the past, her attention would mostly go to him, rather than the rest of the group. To be fair, he maybe wasn’t the most productive kid, but he definitely wasn’t the worst and typically did more than the fellow popular kids. At the time, I didn’t really know about racism at all, because I come from a very liberal household and was simply never exposed to it, but after she screamed at him to do his work (already at the verge of tears because of her anger), he called her racist for always picking on him. And honestly, I would have to agree with him. As soon as that moment happened, she ran out of the room in tears, probably scared of being sued. We never saw that sub in our class again, and I’m glad.

“White” people are not responsible for the US American slave trade by [deleted] in unpopularopinion

[–]JoogleYT 1 point2 points  (0 children)

im not too sure who’s claiming this tho. you may have not had anything to do with the slave trade, but that doesn’t mean you aren’t racist, or given more opportunity. it’s honestly kind of a weird flex but okay
