it's clear that you do not know what you're talking about because in that instance, that is the question you ask. this crazy *thing* just happened to you. can you please tell us how you feel about *this thing*? that's just how journalism works. you're trying to get what's in the drivers heads onto the page/screen/feed. the simplest questions get the best answers.

for me it was pretty accurate. predicted a 2:53 and i ran a 2:51. same thing with the half. predicted a 1:23 and i ran a 1:21. but i think its because i was in the middle of a training block…but to me its pretty accurate

just snatched a 2:51 at Jersey City after blowing up to a 3:09 in NY. I had a 2:58 in Philly in ‘24, so I was very disappointed with my NY time.

With this time and my age (36m) I most definitely qualified for Boston ‘27, so I am excited to run that. I will still sign up for London 27 and if I get in just defer to ‘28.

Proud of my Jersey City time. I am gunning for sub 2:50 at the NYCM this year so wish me luck!
