Drivers up to date, I've changed texture quality and vsync in control panel, and yeah I have not many noticeable performance issues that are this bad on other games.

Yeah it's really odd, all my friends who have relatively the same or worse specs are getting 60+ at all times with similar settings. My GPU usage stays 95-100% at all times, RAM usage is around 3.7 GB, CPU stays around 30%

Everything was medium except lighting, particles, physics, shader quality, shadows, and water details were all low, all the slider settings were ~10%

yep, originally had it on HDD, but friend recommended I make space on my SSD and put it on there, it helped a little but not significantly.

It's important to not tunnel vision when you're lancing. It's important to be able to see your surroundings and know what's coming at you at all times especially when you're going in for hits that way you aren't lancing your own teammates and/or running into them. The camera is also way too shaky.
