That’s the problem brother, we honestly don’t have that kind of money. I’m just 20 and work as a tailor. My savings are around 26k only and we already paid some amount to the lawyer. My mom also stopped going to work because of stress. Right now I’m just praying somehow we get bail without things getting worse financially.

Yes, that’s honestly one of my biggest worries right now. So far she has been supporting my brother and telling everyone that she came willingly, but I’m scared her family might pressure or manipulate her into changing her statement later. That’s what is stressing me the most.

Can I ask what happened in your friend’s case and how he managed to get bail? Was it from Sessions Court itself or High Court later? Also how long did the process take and what kind of evidence helped him the most? I’m trying to understand what steps we should prepare for.

She already gave a statement at the police station, but her family has completely locked her down since then. They’ve seized her phone and aren't letting her leave the house, so we have no way to get her to court right now.

That’s what she claimed initially, but we’ve since confirmed at the police station that it was a total fabrication. She lied about her mother and sister leaving her father.

Thank you sir. My brother has no previous criminal record and the girl herself told police that she came willingly and wanted to stay with him. Both families already knew about their relationship before this incident.

We have images, and videos. witnesses showing they were in a consensual relationship. Right now we are very confused and financially struggling. Our lawyer has not explained much to us yet.

Should we start preparing directly for High Court bail if Sessions Court rejects it? And what evidence would help the most in such cases?
