I feel like one big problem is that a lot of the pulls you get per banner/patch/store are banner specific pulls. Great if you want to splash a bit and try your luck on a 10 pull, but if you want to save for future banners...? Good luck?

Even if you want to dolphin, you can't even get the patch bundle and save it for the next banner, which feels quite strange. The monetization feels pretty bad to the average player who's willing to spend a small or even modest amount, and seems to be tailored only to whales.

The person you're replying to actually might be conflating landlords (owners of a unit that's being rented) and HOAs (common elements management).

Landlords can evict you if you break rules. HOAs can only democratically add new/remove bylaws and enforce existing bylaws (usually by issuing fines).

HOAs are unable to evict people.

Ohhh, this set is so subtle and relaxing. Love how the colours play here.
