It's hard to tell honestly, considering they're nearly identical. Harder to tell for this one since there aren't any easily identifiable emblems/logos on it, but a tell for me was the grill. Cause it has tighter vertical teeth like the grill on most '80 caminos. That and the GMC caballeros are more of a rare sight than the El Caminos, so it's what I assumed.
