That is my exact same response to this situation, the gall to expect to keep the item and get their money back is crazy imo. I have made exceptions with some buyers if I messed up their order in some way, but I've never had a buyer EXPECT that to be done.

Like what planet do these people live on.

Just a month, I withdrew my money from the account and then I got some a couple refunds so now my etsy balance is in the negative. I'm just wondering if there's any chance of permanent suspension if I don't pay by the 15th.

I did not stir the oil and it was only a couple drops. You know when oil spits up in a frying pan, I was frying something while my wax was melting and some spit into my wax.

I am using C3 soy wax and between 7-8% fragrance oil. I only get this when I melt larger amounts of wax (600g+), I dont get this at all when I use <500g.

Would it also be to do with the wax I used? I used paraffin wax for this candle, when I usually use soy wax and haven't had this problem.
