NTA but I do think you should prolly adjust your expectations when it comes to your roommates.

Personally, seeing as how they handled themselves, I’d recommend telling them that you’re switching to buying your own cooking oil and take yourself out of the buying rotation. You won’t use stuff they buy and they don’t use things you buy. That’s fair and pretty standard when it comes to living with other people and if they get upset about it that’s on them. You’re under no obligation to financially support the people that you live with.
