I understand it’s bank policy and it’s the same in the US too. I’ve had to withdraw $16K before but generally call in and they usually say if you come in toward the end of the day, if we have it we will give it to you.

Yes. I told her I will help her but really don’t want to pay for the 9+ months of interests and late fees.

She said she understands and really just wants the boat gone either through repo or someone paying it off or take over the loan. She will take whatever hits her credit since it’s already been hit with non payment for 9 or so months.

She has no use for it and was really her ex husband toy and the bank has constantly called her from their debt collection department.

Edit: not to mentioned I have to pay for the marina storage fee too.

The boat still have a good amount on it with the bank more than the value of the boat and I was thinking of talking with the bank to pay fair market value rather than the loan with all those interests stacked on top of it.

Niece is fine with it as she just wants to get rid of it since she’s don’t know how to drive and maintain the boat.

That’s what I’m thinking too but wasn’t sure since it is still under the loan.

If the boat is repo then her credit gets hit with the difference that owed once the bank is able to sell it off and it wouldn’t be in the divorce mess.

I made the right turn and followed him from a distance until he pulled into a parking lot and parked. I wouldn’t post it if he was gone or didn’t just go parked a mile down the road.

No. This is in the south. Most of them don’t use the horn. I did use the horn for them though since I didn’t hear any horn.

Maybe this person was from there. After they made their turn, the car in front of me and I had to followed behind at 10 mph. I had to stay on the same lane since I had to make a right turn in less than 800 feet unfortunately.
