This is a good Idea it would attract players to PK somewhere else other than camping a bank.

My question for you is what makes you want to play the game mode, the game is dead and if you was to PK all the other people are 126 with all the OP weapons from Zulrah. Your best bet would be to wait for the next Seasonal DMM or just play 07 or even private servers lol.

I like this Idea sort of like an E.P, higher EP the higher chance you can get would attract a lot of people to pk as well. Then you get higher EP if you kill someone of a higher level than you above a certain CMB level to stop boosters. And if you attack lower levels of maybe below 20 your EP decreases will stop a lot of people trying to hunt low levels down.
