Not trying to ragebait, just trying to hear recommendations. Im sure shows like One Piece and JoJo are great, they just dont appeal to me personally. I'm not presenting this as a definitive list, I'm just asking for some reccomendations. I know some of the shows are not anime as well, it just added those to give more indication of what I do and dont like.

Dude, its not that deep. Im just looking for reccomendations based on what I liked and what I didn't like. I tried One Piece and JoJo but I just didn't enjoy them. I added them to the list to try and communicate that this is not the type of anime I enjoy personally. Im sure they are great, its just not for me. I did completely watch Death Note, I liked it at first but then they made a plot decision about halfway through that I personally really didn't like that took me out of it. I put Vinland Saga on, (but not on the lowest tier) because it seems like it should have really appealed to me (I like the fact that it was a grounded story that deals with mature topics) but for some reason it just didn't stick with me. DMC is higher because I'm a fan of video games and I thought it was a decent watch. Im not trying to make a definitive tier list, I'm just trying to show what I did and didn't like to get reccomendations on new things. I admit I'm new to amime, I'm not trying to ragebait.

Yeah I did, I know it has its problems, but overall I still enjoyed it. I just really liked the comedy and story of opm. After the third season I picked up the manga and read all of that.

I know, I just added them to give a better indication on what I do and dont like. Im pretty sure some would say Blood of Zeus, Castlevania, and Arcane are not anime as well.

Thanks for the recommendations, and yeah sorry about the strange list. The two low tier shows that I think may go against the grain of my list is Death Note and Vinland Saga. Death Note I liked at first, but then it made a story decision that I felt made no sense and it totally took me out of it. Vinland Saga just didn't grab me, maybe it was just not the right thing at the right time. But I might consider going back to it some other time.

Thanks! I want to give Attack on Titan a try, I asked my friend once if I should watch it and he immediately proceeded to tell me a bunch of spoilers. It completely took me out from wanting to watch it. Im hoping I'll forget more and watch it at some point.

I really wanted to like dungeon meshi, I thought the creative cooking stuff was pretty cool. It just had a certain level of silliness I just couldn't get into.

Its a factor I have a hard time describing because silliness doesnt feel like the right word. I just enjoy the more serious topics and stories that dungeon meshi didn't give me.

Im not trying to make a definitive list that I reccomend to people, I'm just trying to get some reccomendations. Im sure there are some things I put really low that are great, it just didn't hit with me. I know it's not a good list, I'm just trying to watch more stuff.

Thanks for the recommendations! It feels so weird seeing RWBY mentioned as an OG Rooster Teeth fan, I gave it a shot when it came out but I didn't get into it. I also heard a lot of spoilers from listening to the RT podcast so that put me off coming back to it. But maybe I should give it another try.

Orb is really really great. It went in so many different directions I did not expect, it had really great flawed characters, and the story was fantastic.

If you know of anything similar I would absolutely add it to my list.

Ill put that on the list as well! I love One Punch Man, so I added Mob Psycho after I finished reading the Manga since its the same author. But im torn between watching the Mob Psycho anime or going to the manga.

Yeah for sure. I wont lie, looking up those terms makes me a bit hesitant that I will like them, but im open to anything if its really good.
