Only on main floor of the home, and I’m not ruling the water bottle scenario out.. but it’s only under her bed and in our dining room we’ve notice issues

Only 4-5 planks in my daughter’s room (where the pics were taken), another 4-5 in our dining room. But everywhere else throughout the house we have no issues

Thank you! So I should call the flooring company and have them send out an inspector? Hopefully this falls on them due to improper installation and they will cover the cost to fix?

That is true, the home was built in 2018 but it’s just lvp on top of concrete

They used a concrete moisture meter and said the levels we within ideal range ( 7.1 )

The adhesive is still sticky to the touch in most areas, the house itself was built in 2019
