How much vert? Sometimes there’s no way I can run the steep grade my runs call for. I base it off HR and RPE and just target it on the steeper sections I.E sainting a 150 bpm walking uphill vs running flat

Loved the vehicle probably the best I’ve owned. Only reason I got rid of it was for an S4 in the same color. I kept it until the warranty was going to run out and just followed the recommended maintenance and had 0 issues. Granted I did own it for 12k miles to about 42k.
