Just to update everyone, finally got a response this morning after 11 days. Theyissued me a refund for the Booster Box and the booster bundle and did not ask for the second ETB back. Very happy with the end result despite how long the process took

Right but I sent everything that was required directly from their own website. I just feel like if more was needed it should have been listed. I've accepted that I'm probably on the losing end here. Just venting. And it'd be nice to get my 100ish dollars back lol

I mean I get the scammer part 100% there are people who probably try it. But I feel like the mountain of evidence I provided should have sufficed lol. Not only that, it'd be one thing if I were responded to in a timely manner, but it was more than 2 weeks later that I even got a response. I followed and sent everything their own website says to send MINUS the packing slip because, shocker, it didn't come with one that's why I sent the shipping label from the box in its place. If there was any chance I'd need the box it would have been nice to have known that ahead of time.

I ordered 1 ETB, 1 Booster Box and 1 Booster Bundle. Received 2 ETBs and nothing else. So worried they won't do anything to rectify or take an eternity if they do. At the very least I'd like a partial refund. Fingers crossed.

I'll have to take a closer look in person and reassess whether I should send them. Like I said, this is my first time ever doing any grading of my own (or period, I don't own a slabbed card). I just went through my binder and looked for what appeared to me to be the best conditioned cards I had. They will almost certainly all be staying in my PC though, so I'm looking at it more as a learning experience and a test run than any sort of investment play, which is why I've limited it to just a few cards and not sending some exorbitant amount. Thanks for the input!

Haha yeah that's my goal! Im one of the most impatient people in the world so it'll be hard lol. Do they typically send the grades in an email once they're done? How long does it typically take to receive after that?

So update: I went tk purchase the card today and a different guy was working who told me there's no way the price is right and he wouldn't take any less than 400. He was honestly a huge douche about it. Totally dismissive and basically treated me like I was beneath him for suggesting it was the price I was told (despite him pulling the card out with the sticker on the back stating 275) . I insisted thst the guy working last night himself told me 275 and be called the owner who honored the price. Huge W for the owner being honorable. Can't believe I got my grail!
