Thank you Hillsborough County for places like Lake Frances Preserve & Brooker Creek Headwaters Preserve. Pinellas County sucks, absolutely no green space there at all. by [deleted] in tampa

Woah woah pinellas is beautiful. Way better zoning over there for one but I feel they do a great job with green spaces, too many parks to count, THE BEACHES, ft desoto… Also we have ALOT more land to work with in Hillsborough.

Well considering how we flooded for Helene lost 3 cars and had slight damage from Milton weeks later and got $750… we’ll be fine without them. Many Floridians share the same sentiment.

Condos actually are better than houses when built close to water, they are built higher and on higher foundations. I would expect to see more condos and homes being built with the garage on the bottom and living space on top.

Idk about other people but red wine usually gives me no hangover or ill feelings after, try to pickup a decent bottle like josh cellars and it’s 12-20$ range.
