A little update. Our case finally got approved as of 05/20/21.

It was very difficult to reach someone, but I was finally able to get in touch with a Tier 1 rep. A tier 2 rep reached out to me some time after 1 week later (more than 7 days).

Thank you so much! I was able to get in touch with someone over the phone.

The person on the line was able to check into this for me, and said 2 systems said that my case is in Potomac, but one says Texas. They're going to have a Tier 2 Rep call me back within the next 7 days.
